You wake in a shallow grave at the edge of the woods. Someone buried you, and you do not remember dying. The survivors in the camp up the road have a name for the ones who come back: Forgewalkers.
Far below the land, the Deep Forge is burning. It pulls the dead down and turns them into the monsters that crawl out of the pits. But it sent you back. Go down and find out why.
Spells in your gear
No classes, no stat points. Socket spells into your weapons and armor, then change them with Modifiers.
Death has a price
When you die, the gear you're wearing comes back with you. The rest of your pack can be lost.
Harder every time
Beat the final boss and the same road opens again, with stronger enemies. You keep your character and gear.
